Karmella is amazing and I cannot say enough nice things about her. My wife and I already had a toddler and welcomed twins into our lives. Needless to say it was extremely challenging adjustment and were overwhelmed. Thankfully, Karmella was able to help us out almost immediately and quite literally saved us. When we were looking for a night nurse, we were drawn to the fact that she had twins herself and knew how to care for them along with the fact that she was a NICU nurse. Thus, not only was Karmella bringing her own first-hand knowledge of raising children and caring for them, but we also have been fortunate to have the benefit of her medical experience/training. This was needed right away as unfortunately our toddler got both newborn babies sick and close overnight monitoring was needed.
Hiring a night nurse requires having a great amount of trust in the person you hire. Unfortunately, as we have experienced firsthand, there are many other less qualified and subpar night nurses out there. Anyone reading this review can take comfort in the fact that Karmella is not such a person and will give 100% every single time that she is with your child. Karmella has always been prompt, immediately steps in and takes over and leaves our sons sleeping peacefully in the morning when she leaves. I highly recommend Karmella to anyone who reads this!
